Lewis and Clark and the Corps of Discovery – Part 6

Meriwether Lewis

In part 6 of our series, the Corps of Discovery head home. They must travel up the Columbia River, and then make their way back across the Rocky Mountains.

All the while, they must negotiate with the local American Indians for food and horses and guidance despite the fact they had a dwindling supply of trade goods.
